Leave a review
During the entry period, leave a review for any UNIQLO product. Browse your past purchases here to get started - it's quick and easy! Every review you leave is also a free entry into our separate monthly £250 gift card giveaway!
Complete the form
If you've left a review during the stated period, complete the product selection form. This tells us exactly which product you're interested in testing and enters you into this month's Product Tester pool. You can submit multiple form entries if you're interested in testing one of the multiple products available!

Get selected
A limited number of testers are chosen each month. If you're selected, you'll receive a coupon code to redeem the tester product of your choosing. Add the code at checkout, ensuring your tester product is the only item in your cart. No purchase necessary.
Test and review!
We'll send the product to you free of charge. Try the product, and let us know what you think. Once you've written a new review, the item is yours to keep! Your honest opinion helps us to continue improving LifeWear for everyone.
