Bulk Orders

1. Please provide below information to confirm bulk purchase order with the related department, and submit the information via https://169.p.syniva.es/th/en/contents/bulkpurchase/order/
a. Company name /Personal name (with Tax ID).
b. purpose of the purchase. c. Item details (item name/ item code / color / size and quantity) d. Delivery address.
2. Minimum for bulk purchase order is 50,000 THB per item with Non-Profit purpose can be eligible to get 10% discount*
3. Uniqlo needs to get approval from a related department, before issuing quotations to customers]
4. In the quotation, price will be displayed only in original price. If there is any promotion during purchase day, promotional price will be reflected in the order and cannot be combined with any bulk purchase discount. Full payment must be made at least one day prior to the promotion end date. (Please be informed that submitting a request form does not guarantee reserving your order, including the price.)
5.Bulk purchase process takes 5 business days exclude Sat - Sun and public holiday (after Uniqlo get confirm payment from the bank)
6. Return & Exchange: If you eligible for discount No.2 the items are exchangeable but non refundable More detail

*** In case customers order via online, payment can be made by credit card, debit card, cash on delivery, transfer, or Pay In Store. In case of customer picking up at store the branch, payment can be made by credit card, debit card, QR Code or cash.
**** UTme service is available only at Uniqlo CentralWorld, ICON SIAM, Mega Bangna, Future Park & Zpell, Roadside Phatthanakan, and Central Park.
***** For orders valued at 2 million THB or more, the delivery may take approximately 5 – 8 business days after payment has been successfully completed (depending on the delivery area).

How to pay
1. In case customers order via online, payment can be made by credit card, debit card, money transfer, or Pay In Store More detail (Customers need to pay before receiving the order).
2. In case of customers picking up and making a payment at the store, payment can be made by credit card, debit card, QR Code or cash on the day of purchase.

Delivery
For online purchase the delivery is available nationwide. The order can be delivered to your address or selected store (Click& Collect) More detail Customers will receive the order within the lead time below . Bangkok and Greater Bangkok* 1 - 3 days** Other provinces 1 - 4 days** The order will be shipped to your Shipping Address.

**After the date of order placement ( e.g. if ordered on 11 Feb, we will count the 12 Feb as Day 1, and the customer will get the item within 14 Feb for shipping address in Bangkok)
- Full Tax Invoice: After received the order, customer can request and issue the E - Tax invoice via https://e-tax-new.uniqlothailand.com
- ABB Invoice / Receipt: Each invoice can add up to 99 Pcs or less than 50K THB if you would like to purchase more customers need to separate order / invoice and full tax invoice.
- Uniqlo cannot customize items for order to order. In case your item is out of stock, we will suggest an alternative item instead.
